Beth Vos serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Peninsula Bay Trust Company, bringing over 29 years of extensive experience in regulatory compliance and operational management within the financial services industry. With a career that spans nationally regulated trust banking systems and registered investment advisory firms, Beth has built a distinguished track record in compliance, risk management, and operational leadership. Prior to joining Peninsula Bay Trust Company, she held senior roles, including Senior Vice President of Compliance and Operations for a large trust banking system and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of a registered investment advisor for 14 years.

Beth’s expertise is rooted in her deep knowledge of the regulatory environment, having worked closely with key bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and the Department of Financial Innovations (DFPI). Her extensive experience allows her to navigate the complex regulatory landscape with precision, ensuring that PenBay adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Beth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Beyond her professional achievements, she is committed to community involvement, volunteering with organizations such as Explore Ecology and the American Heart Association. Additionally, she is an active participant in the growing sport of pickleball.
