Ember Heuer is a Trust Associate at Peninsula Bay Trust Company, where she oversees the administration of trusts and fiduciary accounts and specializes in estate settlement, ensuring that assets are managed responsibly and in accordance with the governing documents. Heuer brings 16 years of experience administering complex trusts and estates. She serves as a primary point of contact for clients and beneficiaries, coordinates with advisors and attorneys, and helps guide families through complex estate and trust matters with clarity and care. Ember embraces PenBay’s team-oriented approach, collaborating closely with families, attorneys, investment managers, and accountants to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Ember’s depth of knowledge across multiple areas of trust administration makes her one of the most versatile in her field. Her background includes experience in death administrations, managing both residential and commercial real estate for Trust and Estate purposes, as well as overseeing fiduciary accounting and fiduciary income and estate tax matters, giving her a strong foundation for fiduciary responsibilities. Before her time at Peninsula Bay Trust Company, she began her career as a Paralegal, where she was mentored by Certified Specialists in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, before advancing into a Trust Officer role.
Outside of work, Ember is a dedicated wife, mother, and competitive gymnastics coach, with experience in both USAG and NGA programs. She is a 1st Degree Recommended Black Belt and has earned multiple State and District titles in ATA Taekwondo, demonstrating her commitment to discipline and leadership.
