Ember Heuer is an experienced Trust Associate at Peninsula Bay Trust Company, specializing in the administration of complex trusts and estates. With 15 years of experience in the field, Ember has developed a well-rounded expertise in a broad range of trust-related services, including fiduciary accounting, investment management, real property transactions, estate tax returns, and business entity oversight. Her journey in the industry began as a Paralegal, where she was mentored by Certified Specialists in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate law, before advancing to a Trust Officer role. Her depth of knowledge across multiple areas of trust administration makes her one of the most versatile in her field.

Ember is particularly skilled in administering various types of trusts, including Uni-Trusts, Discretionary Trusts, Charitable Trusts, and Special Needs Trusts. She has significant experience managing both residential and commercial real estate for Trust and Estate purposes, as well as overseeing death administrations and related fiduciary income and estate tax matters. Her holistic approach to trust administration enables her to navigate complex situations efficiently. Ember embraces PenBay’s team-oriented approach, collaborating closely with families, attorneys, registered investment managers, and accountants to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Ember holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and is a Certified Residential Manager in California. She is also a Notary Public and is currently working toward earning her Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation.

Outside of her professional career, Ember is a dedicated wife, mother, and competitive gymnastics coach, with experience in both USAG and NGA programs. She is a 1st Degree Recommended Black Belt and has earned multiple State and District titles in ATA Taekwondo, demonstrating her commitment to discipline and leadership.
