With over four decades of expertise in fiduciary management, trust administration, and estate planning, Paul leads PenBay’s strategic vision and operations, ensuring the delivery of personalized, high-touch services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.

Before establishing PenBay, Paul founded Barulich Dugoni Suttmann & Cummins Law Group, Inc., a leading law firm specializing in estate planning, trust administration, and litigation. Over the years, Paul has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and those with significant interests in closely held family enterprises.
