Readie Callahan serves as Chief Financial Officer at Peninsula Bay Trust Company, where she leads financial strategy, planning and reporting and partners with the executive team on capital planning and long-term growth. She believes strong finance functions should do more than report results; they should bring clarity to complex decisions, connect strategy with execution and help organizations deploy capital thoughtfully.
Readie brings more than 20 years of experience across investment banking, capital markets and structured finance. She spent much of her career at Wells Fargo, where she held senior leadership roles spanning sustainable finance, public finance and direct lending, including serving as a Managing Director in the Corporate & Investment Bank. She also led large-scale enterprise transformation, including Wells Fargo’s response to the LIBOR transition, a global benchmark change that required coordination across business lines and regular reporting to senior executives, the Board and federal regulators. She began her career in public finance at J.P. Morgan.
Readie earned her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and holds the Wharton Executive CFO certificate. A former collegiate goalkeeper and two-time Ironman finisher, she remains active with Washington University as a member of its Regional Cabinet.
